Our work
We are taking to first step to learning how to live. We are going to invite our feelings to lunch. We may feel unworthy and un-loveable. We may not feel comfortable in our own skin; always trying to get “there”; to fill the hole. We may be living our life as a dress rehearsal, all caught up in the future “when: then”.
When we’re worn out, when we’ve exerted all our attempts to manage and control, we will surrender and admit we are powerless and our lives have become unmanageable.
Let us take the burden of controlling and feeling so responsible for others off our backs. Let us detach from the fear and the need to control. Let us stop trying so hard. The answer will come.
We are going to start to enjoy today, enjoying the journey. This is a rite of passage to healthy human relationships.
